Take it easySet aside some time after your session, even if it’s 10 min; don’t head straight to the gym, reach for your phone to check messages or emails, or go to a social engagement. Trust that what you need to get done will get done. Drink Plenty of WaterDrinking plenty of water flushes out toxins and tired energies. This will support the healing energies to continue. Notice how you much water you drink for the first few days after a session. Avoid AlcoholAlcohol and tobacco dull our senses and therefore our energies. Avoid both for at least 24 hours. Reiki cleanses, balances and heals. Dulling our senses is counter productive. Instead, try to stay full present to what goes on around you. Eat HealthyEat plenty of fresh and nourishing foods for the rest of the day (or week!). Processed foods make us feel heavy and deplete our energy.
